Casi dos millones de floridanos han votado a ocho días del martes que viene, que es el día oficial de las elecciones. El Departamento de Estado informnó este lunes en la mañana que más de 1.4 millones de personas han enviado su voto por correo y que unas 500,000 han sufragado en los lugares habilitados para votación temprana, que están abiertos desde el sábado. De momento la votación está muy reñida y sin sin claro ganador. En total han votado hasta ahora 784,444 demócratas y 774,304 republicanos. Unos 307,000 electores que no se identifican ni como demócratas ni como republicanos han emitido sus votos. En total Florida cuenta con 11.9 millones de electores lo cual quiere decir que hasta ahora ha votado el 16 por ciento de ellos.
